Tampa Bay “Get Out the Vote”

Tampa Bay “Get Out the Vote”
Inform, Engage, Empower
Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012

Thank you for continuing to spread the word about how vital it is to register to vote and become involved in our community. The voter registration deadline is October 9!  Over the counter voting (where you fill out a mail ballot and hand it in) has already commenced in a few elections offices. It is very convenient, especially for older voters and those with disabilities.  Organize your church or club to go vote together at one of these locations now. Thousands of vote-by-mail ballots will be mailed to voters this week as well.

The Hillsborough County and Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections websites are excellent resources for information about registering, voting and upcoming events and deadlines. The elections offices are also involved in helping to organize voter registration drives throughout our community.

Below is a list of several upcoming voter registration drives. Spread the word and encourage your friends and neighbors and organizations to make this final push!

Thank you.
